PotatoCream Has Something To Say :-)
It is not easy to define Good Services. Everyone is expecting something different in one way or another. Good services to me may not totally seem to be the same to you or others, and vice versa. In order to satisfy our clients to the optimum level at the same time satisfying our viability, we need a win-win situation to reign.
Against all norms, we have developed a corporate culture of honesty. It is not too difficult to hear how people conducted their businesses without honesty and responsibility. For instance, "How are you going to make more sales if your clients know about this and that?" or "Don't be silly – nobody will do business with total honesty. Wake up mate. Business is all about profitability. Ethic is secondary." or "If you are not doing it, someone else will. What makes a difference? Except that you will end up in a disadvantageous position."
Despite all the negative advices from the gurus, we have decided to take our stand to do business honestly. Though we cannot promise to keep every clients happy, so be it. :-)
