It is another busy day - Everyone is busy handling orders and other backend procedures. Out of a sudden, as we were packing, we found a cloth stained with black oil - unlikely to be washed. Quickly, we started checking emails for records and contacted our clients. For sure, we are not interested to sell the stained item. Everything else goes on as usual, and we continue working on something else.

Have check ID839 , is a bit hard to wash away as the oil stain can see is quite long time already. Can we refund to you instead? we felt bad to drag you so long for a transaction.
