Since our complaint page was started, people started responding more positively towards complaints. This is a good sign - And we sincerely encourage our client to communicate with us. Many a time, we have no control over everything and unexpected things do happen. Complaints is normal and it should be treated as a form of communication. Below is a complaint about itchiness, and the variance of weight delivered against the weight stated. Read more if you are interested to know more. :-)

I just got my package and I got a few questions lah.. :P

Don't know why it's itchy, the material. Any idea how to make it less itchy ah? Like washing it in the washing machine? :D Let me know if you got a solution.
2. Shipping method
Just a bit curious on how you calculate the weight - on the email it states that it's 900 grams, but on the SecretDelivery package it states there 300 grams? The 900 is inclusive of additional postage charges is it?

It is your right to ask questions, and it is our duty to attend to you :-)
1. Sorry to upset you with the itchiness.
We do not know the reason for the itchiness too. Can you try to wash and see if the itchiness still stay? If it does, we will let you exchange for another one, so sorry for that :-(
2. We have done the weighing in the past for clothes from different categories. Eg, Dress, Blouse, Bag, etc
To speed up the uploading of those details and images (to the website), the weight nowadays are done by estimation via our experience. Hence, it may not be exactly accurate but we have no intention to gain out of delivery fee (whether the actual is heavier or lighter), though it requires our time to conduct packing too. Delivery processing from our side is free. :-)
Where do you get the weight of 300g from? We would like to look into the matter and help our future clients if we can. :-)

1. No worries, was just wondering if the material was like that or not. :) I will try to wash it first ok!
2. The weight of 300g was actually on the SecretCompany package! Just in case (for future customers) better you verify lah! After you guys get into trouble :p
Anyhow I'm happy with the rest of the package, and have spread the potatocream love to a few friends. :)
