Where is the parcel? You called up the courier company and quoted them with the delivery code after x days. Yet, the helpdesk operator acted so ignorance of it, as if it is none of his / her business. Perhaps, Ignorance is a bliss? :-) Please stop joking, this is not funny.
Ya, it seems to happen almost everywhere. What should you do about it? Lodge a complain to PotatoCream? Would they help? Seriously, and again as per re-clarification, we cannot do much to speed up the delivery. If all you need is more information, perhaps we could help. Beside, we have just learned from one of our clients that perhaps there is something you can do too. Let's see how she skillfully solved her problem. :-)
Last but not least, if you are hiring in the future, remember to hire someone useful (Ie, responsible). Otherwise, you are just putting a doll there beside a phone.

I received your sms about SecretCourierCompany called back for no responding on delivery up to house. I got confused and I called to the office just now.
Here I would like to clarify something, hope you can understand and won't get confuse on your side as well.
On 14th Apr I received a Missed U card from SecretCourierCompany after I back home from office. So, I call back to the office on the next day morning. A Secret girl received my call and had a impatient & unpolite conversation with me. She hang up my phone when I talk to her half way. Again I call for second time to ask for redelivery my items again. The same girl received my call. She attempt to finish the call faster. She asked my item's CN No. , my address and my name; then said OK ... she hang up my phone again. I was confused. OK means ok can redeliver on this Saturday?
That's really unfortunately, I saw your messsage about the SecretCourierCompany call you and tell that they had deliver 'FEW times' to my house and not get any respond.
Can see that the girl didn't follow up my request.
I called to the office just now, about 12pm (wednesday, 16th) . This time a different girl answer my call. I got complain my case to her. She said she will report to her manager and respond to me after find out a good solution. She was apologize to me upon her MC during the day I called and got mention the girl replace her that day is a new hired called Ms. NurXX.
I hope my items from potatocream won't be lost. I just can blame my bad luck for this time.
If they don't redeliver again to me; worse come to worse I will pick up myself. Last and least I would like to ask your favour to tell the Penang Office about I will pick up the item myself if they don't want to redeliver again; in case if they give you a call again.

Aiyoyo...the SecretCourierCompany staff at the Penang branch really not good...actually we encounter second time for delaying the delivery in Penang... i wonder what they are doing..is it so hard to deliver or give the receiver a call?..i really wonder...will take note of this again and if this happen again...we will think of something to deal with it...mmm...really sad to hear that.. SecretCourierCompany is such a well known company but can have such untrained staff...real shame..
Again..very sorry for the delay....i hope this wont haunt you in yr online shopping experience.

WeiMaie received her parcel on the same night (We were informed via SMS). Thanks to Fiona. Perhaps, we should call her a Complaint Manager too. LOL
