I bought quite a number of tops from your collections. Just some feedbacks from me.. =)
1. Love your prices. Everything is affordable if compared to buy from outside (shopping centres).
You prices are much better even if I surf the same item in lelong or other websites.
2. The qualities were good. Not bad.
3. The shipment was cool!... Fast and efficient!
4. and collections are lovely! very updated and I can't find your clothes elsewhere outside in M'sia.
5. AND LASTLY, LOVEEEEEEEEEE your sales! I managed to grab a few pieces just a couple of days back with discounted prices of more than 50%. I have been eyeing those items for a long time. It just so great that I can get them with lower prices. Brighten up my day! I just bought them straight aways. Sales are great!... I almost got off guard when I saw your items were on sales for rm 0.50 only. Too bad, it was not true but luckily your website was up and running again.
Okay.. some comments here:
1. I encountered a top that I felt the quality was lower than I expected for the price I paid.
But it was okay as I always have a good deal with you guys. But saw that you guys updated your website in which you mentioned about the quality so that we are keep well-informed of the qualities which was great!
2. I actually paid for a top that I thought I have already reserved as I was told to pay. Also, you guys didn't tell me the timeframe for the payment. Then, you guys told me someone paid before me and I can't have the top. I was quite disappointed as I thought I can have the lovely top for CNY. hehe. Also, I felt that you shouldn't allow anyone else to reserve the piece if the piece was already reserved by a buyer earlier especially when the piece is limited in number. But again, saw that you guys actually updated your website and let us to have at least 24 hr to pay up before the item is open up for sale again. again, it was great! Anyway, I manage to buy the same top again from you guys as you put up for sale again!
