Procedure

- We will check whether the stock is available
- If the stock is available, we will confirm it with you – within 1 working day
- You will pay us as per payment method above
- We will deliver the orders after your payment
Note : Delivery time frame for Pre Order and Ready Stocks are different

Delivery Options
|
|
|
- Using P.O.Box :
a. To ease Post Office Notification and Custom Clearance, you are advised to use P.O.Box
b. Post office will issue a slip to your P.O.Box when the parcel arrived
c. The parcel will stay the post office until the customer fetch it with the slip
d. Custom officer will open the box with you and check the items
- Without P.O.Box :
a. Use your home / postal address
b. Postman will deliver the slip to your address
c. Follow the P.O.Box procedure above
- Note :
a. Declare all your PotatoCream items as Gifts / Samples / Clothes.
b. It should be NON TAXABLE
c. Customers are responsible for all custom duties chargeable

Declaration

PotatoCream.com is a strictly Internet based business. We do not currently operate a shop / branch system in Brunei. All items will be delivered directly to our customers. This helps to keep our prices low and save our customers’ money.
We do not help customer to deliver items that are not bought from us (i.e. hitch-hike delivery) even if they are buying some items from PotatoCream and want us to deliver it together with other items from other sources.
